FAQ
Questions worth asking.
The things most people want to know before starting — answered plainly, including the ones with awkward answers.
- Do I own the website?
- Yes. You own your domain, the website, your content and photos, and your CRM, Google, and business accounts. We keep ownership of the reusable theme framework and internal tooling underneath, and license the finished site to you.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep the core website and its contact form. The managed services stop — updates, backups, monitoring, support, and integration maintenance. If migrating the site to another host needs work, we charge a documented transfer fee. We will never switch your site off to pressure you into renewing.
- Is the site really custom?
- It's custom-looking, built from a reusable WordPress foundation. That's deliberate: the foundation is tested and reliable, and the design, content, pages, and setup are then shaped around your business. Custom projects that need their own visual direction are scoped and quoted separately.
- Can I edit it myself afterwards?
- Yes. Text, photos, services, hours, and phone numbers are all editable without touching code, and we walk you through it before launch. Structural changes — new page types, new integrations, custom code — are work we do for you.
- Will this get me to the top of Google?
- We won't promise that, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We build sound SEO foundations — clean markup, sensible page structure, fast loading, correct business details — which is the part that's actually within our control. Rankings and lead volume depend on competition, budget, and time.
- Which CRMs do you integrate with?
- Lead Ready includes one defined integration — a CRM connection, Slack notifications, or webhook routing through Zapier or Make. We confirm feasibility with your specific platform before quoting rather than claiming universal compatibility. You own the CRM account and invite us to it.
- What counts as a small edit?
- A non-structural change that normally takes under 30 minutes: a text update, a photo replacement, a phone or hours change, a minor service-description tweak. New pages, new sections, new forms, new integrations, and redesigns are additional work, quoted first.
- How fast do you respond?
- Within two business days. That is a response, not a guaranteed resolution. If something breaks because of how we built or configured it, we fix it under the maintenance plan. If it comes from a change on your side or a third-party outage, we diagnose it briefly and get your approval before any billable work.
- How do payments work?
- We send a written proposal and agreement first. Once you've approved it, we send a hosted payment or invoice link for the deposit. There is no checkout on this site.
